Application details
1. Background processing
• Concrete must be sufficiently cured. (Temperature: 25 ℃ , relative humidity: 80% or less, cured for at least 28 days.)
• of the base surface Oil , moisture , sand , dust, laitance etc. etc Completely remove foreign substances Remove and maintain flatness . If foreign substances are not completely removed, poor adhesion may occur .)
In the case of materials where penetration of the undercoat is difficult, a film of the undercoat may be formed during the undercoat painting, which may cause poor adhesion to the intermediate coat, so sufficient pretreatment work must be performed before painting the undercoat .
• In case of high-strength concrete (260 kgf/ ㎠ or more) , the adhesion may decrease during grinding , so the blasting method is recommended.
• Color separation may occur due to paint flow on the surface of the substrate, so be sure to level the surface by pre-treating and scraping the surface.
• When painting without removing the old paint film when performing maintenance painting, poor adhesion may occur in areas where the old paint film is weakly adhered to the concrete base surface. Therefore, remove all of it, remove the laitance from the concrete surface (grinding, etc.), and paint the base coat to prepare the base surface before performing subsequent painting.
• If the pre-treatment work (removal of poor old paint) is not properly performed when the adhesive strength of the old paint is weak, defects such as poor adhesion, lifting, and cracks may occur when parking or driving the vehicle in the future.
• To minimize pinholes and bubbles caused by pores in the concrete and to adjust the slope of the concrete, scraping is performed first to a thickness of 0.5 to 1 mm, and then the main coating is performed.
2. Painting conditions
• Ambient temperature: 5 to 35℃, surface humidity: 80% or less, concrete moisture content : 6% or less, surface temperature: 40℃ or less, surface pH: 9 or less
• Surface temperature : at least 3℃ higher than the dew point temperature
• Winter season When painting at a temperature below 5 ℃ Viscosity may increase rapidly, resulting in poor leveling and poor packaging.
• Winter temperature 10 When painting at temperatures below ℃ , amine blushing may occur . If necessary, apply a top coat .
• AMINE BLUSHING Occurred On the surface Moisture be contaminated In this case Domak The surface White Changing all sorts of flowers The phenomenon occurs
So it becomes water , ice , snow , rain , dew etc. For water pollution Be careful Water cleaning Please refrain
• Spring , fall early In the morning In Soji Fog , frost Get down Sit down or The temperature of the soil than the dew point Low Condensation phenomenon
Because it happens Do the work Avoid . ( When working Poor adhesion , Amine Blush may occur number ) In particular , foggy areas morning
On time Do the work Avoid .
3. Painting system
• under coat : UP-P100
• intermediate coat / top coat: UP-L300
4. Painting method
• Leggy , roller, etc.
• When painting , be sure to remove any open flames and check for good ventilation before working.
(1) Under coat
• After the base treatment is complete , sufficiently mix the Epoxy Primer and hardener in the specified mixing ratio and then apply with a brush, roller or Apply 50 micron spray coat once.
• Dilute the paint thinner to a maximum of 5% of the paint amount so that it is sufficiently absorbed into the surface .
• 1st painting For areas of the painted surface where absorption is severe ( areas that change to the original base color or become stained), apply a primer. Additional painting is required.
(2) intermediate coat / top coat
• After applying the base coat , wait at least 8 hours at 25 ℃ and then scrape the lining surface for the first time to prevent bubbles. the painting into two parts and paint them.
• The repainting interval should be kept within the minimum and maximum times at 25 ℃ . If the repainting interval exceeds one week, the surface should be sanded and solvent cleaned to improve adhesion with subsequent coating.
5. Mixing
• Base (Part A): Hardener (Part B) = 6:1 ( by weight )
• Add hardener (part b) to paint (part a) (color) and mix evenly with a power mixer for about 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Thinning
• Undiluted or with the specified diluent
① At low temperatures When working Of paint Viscosity High or leveling Bad case etc. When necessary 3% diluent Within Dilute it Get to work .
② When working with over-diluted (3% or more ) Color Separation , Alligatoring , Amine Blushing, Wrinkle, Pressing, pushing , tearing etc. The phenomenon Please be careful as this may occur .

8. Precautions when painting
• On rainy days , days with high humidity (over 80 degrees Celsius), days with low temperatures ( below 5 degrees Celsius), and days with high temperatures ( surface temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius), normal
Avoid painting as it will not exhibit its properties.
• The ambient temperature during painting work must be above 5℃, and the surface temperature of the substrate must be 3℃ higher than the dew point to avoid condensation of moisture.
• Measure the subject and hardener accurately in the specified ratio and mix with an electric mixer. Enough to ensure that no unmixed matter remains Mix.
• Coating in compliance with the recommended thickness will result in excellent coating gloss and physical properties.
• The amount of paint required may vary depending on the condition of the painted surface, roughness, climate conditions, and painting method, so please check carefully before use.
• When applying a repair coating on a previous coating or old coating , perform a test coating in advance and if there are no abnormalities (such as adhesion), apply the repair coating.
• Apply the base coat completely to areas that have not been treated with the base coat , as there is a risk of bubbles forming during the second coat .
• When diluting the paint thinner excessively to improve mixing and workability at low temperatures, drying may be poor, film hardness may be reduced, and cracks may occur. Phenomenon occurs Be careful, it can happen
• work middle Bubbles much Occurs or Bubbles Don't turn off Won't In this case Thinner Spray or Meteor type Pesticides ( eg to Prokiller , Homekeeper etc. ) widely Spray or Spike roller By using Bubbles Turn it off Please give it to me .
• concrete Inside Scraping and scraping to prevent air bubbles from forming due to pores To the main dojo 2 times into Please construct it .
• Gaps, grooves, cracks , etc. are treated with epoxy after V-CUTTING. After filling with putty , sand and treat the surface before painting.
• In winter, on areas with cement spurts or chalking, areas with significant absorption differences, areas with significant cement leaching, or areas with poorly-coated surfaces (especially salty coastal areas, areas exposed to strong UV rays, or areas coated with low-quality paint), pre-coat with an appropriate substrate treatment agent diluted at the recommended dilution ratio to prevent poor adhesion, discoloration, and surface conditioning. (For products applied to concrete)
• To achieve the desired coating performance, the coating must be applied in the prescribed order and amount, and applying an excessive coating thickness at one time is prohibited.
When painting (including touch-up painting), discoloration may occur even within the same product, color, or lot, depending on the dilution ratio, paint equipment, and method. If possible, apply the paint using the same lot number, paint equipment, and method. After checking for discoloration, proceed only if no abnormalities are
found..
• When painting under conditions where heat is applied, such as in a boiler, yellowing may be accelerated, causing discoloration and weakening the strength of the coating.
Do not apply under conditions where heat is applied as this may reduce durability.
• Please be careful as discoloration and chalking may occur due to the nature of epoxy paint when exposed outdoors .
• If you use more than the recommended amount of thinner , drying delay, hardness reduction, whitening, color separation , and skid marks may occur .
• Surface defects such as amine brushing , gloss loss, contamination, and whitening may occur due to winter, rain, and high humidity .
• Amine brushing that occurs during the winter cannot be washed.
• Color separation may occur due to paint flow due to the slope of the substrate, so epoxy lining is used during pretreatment. Scraping I hope it will be smoothed out through work.
• When painting with a thin film thickness lower than the recommended film thickness, a cratering phenomenon may occur due to dust or contamination .
• After each painting process, the coating is dried and then adjusted to ensure a smooth film is formed.
• Avoid painting in high humidity conditions, such as rain or snow. This may cause the paint to whiten and lose its gloss.
• Painting work must be carried out under sufficient ventilation, and caution must be taken when working with fire as volatile organic solvents are present. ( Explosion-proof (Using an electric stirrer )
• You must wear protective gear while working to avoid inhalation and skin contact , and if contact occurs , wash with water several times. You should seek medical attention immediately.
• Do not reuse any remaining mixed residue, and store any unmixed residue in a cool, dark place , away from heat sources.
• Be sure to wear protective equipment when working.
• Avoid contact with eyes, skin and respiratory tract with the generated vapors .
• Use ventilation.
• Do not work in confined spaces.
• If it comes into contact with clothing, be sure to wash it with soap and detergent and water.
• After completing the painting work , immediately wash the equipment using urethane thinner.
• Cloths or other items contaminated with the product may spontaneously combust if stored together with flammable materials, so be sure to dispose of them in a non-flammable container.
• After painting, wash your body thoroughly with soap and water .
• Dispose of waste paint in accordance with the Ministry of Environment ordinance and local government regulations.

Storage period
• 12 months from the date of manufacture ( 5℃ ~ (When stored indoors at 25℃)
• Depending on the storage environment, the storage condition (sedimentation and separation, change in paint viscosity) may change and the storage period may be shortened . settles over time due to the pigment component
of the body, and may be affected by the environment during transportation or storage.
• The amount of sedimentation varies depending on the environment. Usually, at high temperatures, the viscosity of the product decreases and the high specific gravity pigments settle to the bottom.
• The rate of sedimentation increases and at low temperatures, the viscosity of the product increases, slowing down the rate of sedimentation. Therefore, to store it at the recommended temperature , and when using it, we recommend using it at room temperature.
※ Transportation: During hot weather , high temperatures during transport can rapidly accelerate sedimentation, regardless of storage period.
• If sedimentation occurs due to environmental factors, please use after stirring with a stirrer or disperser . (Data attached)
