How to use
1. Surface preparation
• Concrete must be sufficiently cured. (Temperature: 25 ℃ , relative humidity: 80% or less, cured for at least 28 days.)
• Base surface Oil , moisture , sand , dust, laitance etc. etc Completely remove foreign substances Remove and maintain flatness.
(If foreign substances are not completely removed, poor adhesion may occur.)
• In case of materials where penetration of the undercoat is difficult, a film of the undercoat may be formed during the undercoat painting, which may cause poor adhesion to the intermediate coat. Therefore, sufficient pretreatment work should be performed before painting the undercoat.
• In case of high-strength concrete (260 kgf/ ㎠ or more), grinding may cause a decrease in adhesion, so it must be done using the blasting method .
2. Painting conditions
• Ambient temperature: 5 to 35℃
• Humidity: 80% or less
The PH value of the painted surface is 7 to 9
• Moisture content: 6% or less
3. Method of application
• Spray, brush, roller
• When painting, be sure to remove any open flames and check for good ventilation before working.

5. Precautions during construction
• Background processing after urethane bottom Roller & Spray possession On the surface enough 50 ㎛ once to be absorbed Paint .
• If necessary, use designated diluent By weight ratio Amount of paint Maximum Up to 5 % Dilute and paint .
• partially The posterior membrane is not formed So as not to Evenly Must be painted Do it .
- When painting with an excessive amount of paint, poor adhesion to the middle layer may occur.
• For substrates with high moisture absorption, additional coatings can be applied without thinning. However, care must be taken to avoid forming a thick coating layer on the surface. For substrates with no defects and in good
condition, a single coat of the base coat is recommended.
• coating after In case of rain Grinding the primer Remove and In the possession Moisture Completely removed ( Function ratio 6% or less ) Repaint Do it .
※ caution
① For substrates where primer penetration is difficult, dilute the primer by at least 10% to prevent a thick film from forming on the surface.
This allows for easy penetration into the substrate.
② Using a thinner containing alcohol can cause uncured coating, bubbles, and other coating defects. Always use the specified dil
6. Precautions for use
• On rainy days, days with high humidity (over 80°C), days with low temperatures ( below 5°C), and days with high temperatures ( surface temperature over 40°C), normal Avoid painting as it will not exhibit its properties.
• Fill gaps and flaws with urethane sealant, and fill in areas with severe cracks or expansion joints with sealant after V-cutting. After sealing and adjusting the surface, paint it.
Apply the base coat completely to areas that have not been treated with the base coat, as there is a risk of bubbles forming during the second coat.
• Avoid contact of paint with eyes, skin, etc.
• The amount of paint required may vary depending on the condition of the painted surface, roughness, weather conditions, and the painting method. Please use after careful consideration.
• Bubbles may occur when used at high temperatures.
( Air temperature : 30℃ or higher. Surface temperature : 38℃ or higher)
• Avoid arbitrary dilution as it may affect flow, workability, and general properties.
• Do not heat the product or mix it with other paints.
• The suitable pH value of the surface is 7 to 9. (Surface moisture content 6% or less)
• Please V-CUT the edges of areas in contact with walls.
• When working, please adhere to the interval between repaintings recommended by our company.
• Please note that actual usage may vary depending on the condition of possession, painting method, and painting conditions.
• In particular, never use thinners containing alcohol (epoxy thinner, lacquer thinner, etc.) as they do not dry.
• Be sure to wear protective equipment when working.
• Avoid contact with eyes, skin and respiratory tract with the generated vapors.
• Use ventilation.
• Do not work in confined spaces.
• If it comes into contact with clothing, be sure to wash it with soap and detergent and water.
• After completing the painting work , immediately wash the equipment using the designated thinner .
• After painting, wash your body thoroughly with soap and water.
• Dispose of waste paint in accordance with the Ministry of Environment ordinance and local government regulations.
Storage and preservation period
