Description

1. Depending on the storage environment, the storage condition (sedimentation and separation, paint viscosity change) may change and the storage period may be shortened . This product gradually precipitates over time due to the extender pigment component, and the amount of precipitation varies depending on the environment during transportation or storage. Usually, at high temperatures, the product viscosity decreases, accelerating the speed at which the extender pigment with high specific gravity precipitates to the bottom, and at low temperatures, the product viscosity increases, slowing down the speed of precipitation . Therefore, it is advantageous to store at the recommended temperature, and when using, it is recommended  to  use  it  according  to  the  room  temperature  environment temperature.

※  Transportation: During hot weather , high temperatures during transport can rapidly accelerate sedimentation, regardless of storage period.

2. When sedimentation occurs due to environmental factors, please use after stirring with a stirrer and disperser.

A. Manual stirring : If sedimentation is not severe, a stirrer device is installed on the drill. Use a disperser to stir from the bottom of the container up until

B. Mechanical stirring : In case of severe sedimentation or large volume, a stirrer mounted on a drill Electric/ pneumatic after first stirring Stir using dedicated equipment such as a stirrer (mixer) .

If sedimentation is severe and the sediment becomes hard, store it at a temperature of approximately 50 to 60 degrees using a hot air oven and then stir .

The heat causes the hard sediment to become soft and easy to disperse.

C. sufficient stirring hour : Generally, it is recommended to place the can in a mixer and mix thoroughly for about 15 minutes .

D. caution : Be careful not to introduce excessive air bubbles during mixing . If you stir vigorously and then apply the paint immediately, foaming may occur.
