Description

1. a summer heat wave (air temperature above 28℃) is expected . ( Due to rapid drying of the painting surface due to the sun's heat) (Swelling phenomenon occurs) However, in unavoidable cases, apply after 4 PM when the surface temperature drops.

※ No overcoating - Apply the main coating after scraping

2. Gelling at the interface – Mix and apply immediately after adding the hardener to the base.

Photo 2 , 3 – Field photo : After adding the hardener to the base and leaving it for a long time, foreign substances were generated due to the generation of gelling particles at the boundary caused by the reaction between the subject and the hardener when mixing.

※ Do not leave the base for a long time after adding the hardener. - During extreme heat, mix and apply the hardener immediately after adding it.

3. Floating of urethane resin and reactive substances during long-term storage

※ 1. Mix the base first (mixing the resin and pigment), then add the hardener and mix.

※ 2. After adding the hardener to the base, mix immediately and do not leave it for a long time.
