- Main component : silica, complex polymers, CSA powder, plasticizer, etc complex polymers
- Recommended thickness : Above 2mm(interior), above 3mm(exterior), above 4mm(steel surface)
- Technical consumption : 3.2kg/m²/2mm
- Density : 1.6kg
- Initial setting time : 30 min. (25℃)
- Final curing time : 2 hrs. (25℃)
- Curing time : 8 hrs. (25℃)
- Mixing ratio : Contact your provider's technical support for asistance
- Color : Gray, various colors available
- Shelf life : 8 months ( stored away from moisture and direct sunlight )
- Tools : Trowel, airless spray gun, roller or brush
Note
- If the substrate is not sound, strengthen surface with SMK- sealer before setting PRO FLOOR RM
- Apply protection agent or top coat at least 6 hrs. in summer season and 12 hrs. in winter season after setting PRO FLOOR RM
- To achieve desired color, mix inorganic pigment with PRO FLOOR RM.
Health and Safety Precaution
- Wear protective clothing, gloves, eye protection and dust mask during work.
- In case of contact with skin or clothing, wipe off with a cloth and wash with soap and water.
- If the product is swallowed, inhaled or gets in eyes, wash it off with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice immediately.
- Provide ample ventilation when working with the product in confined spaces.
- No naked flames, cigarettes or matches should be allowed near the products.
- Dispose of waste and residues in accordance with local authority requirements.
- In all cases, users should refer to the most recent the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before use.
Storage
Stored products above 5℃ in unopened original containers protected from sunlight and frost.
